Mamak Rojak

This vendor had many many batter-fried things arranged in piles: eggs, tofu, sausage, potatoes, shrimp, tempeh (and a bunch of other things I didn't try.) Customers help themselves to whatever looks good, then the vendor chops everything up and fries it again. Wikipedia says that this is served by Indian Muslims in Malaysia and Indonesia.
