When the hostess saw me pass this by she rushed up and said, "You should try this one, it's a local specialty." She told me what it was called but I didn't catch the name... it seems like it might a personal-sized version of those crunchy Indian pancakes... Anyway, it was crunchy, and had carrots and cabbage and shrimp inside. Hard to eat without making a huge mess.
