We were shut out of Da Giggetto, which means another visit and I&#8217;ve still never had carcioffe ala guidia.  Da Giggetto II was open, though, where I ordered (and then immediately ordered a second) carcioffe romana.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/bogott.net\/unspecified\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/11\/RIMG0012.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/bogott.net\/unspecified\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/11\/RIMG0012-225x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"Exif_JPEG_PICTURE\" width=\"225\" height=\"300\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-1078\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Then, while eating this beautiful pizza at Zigaetana (murals on the walls, painted in the 30s in trade for meals) I noticed a placard for carcioffe romana partially obscured by the bobbing head of another customer.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/bogott.net\/unspecified\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/11\/RIMG0025.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/bogott.net\/unspecified\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/11\/RIMG0025-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"Exif_JPEG_PICTURE\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-1079\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/bogott.net\/unspecified\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/11\/RIMG0029.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/bogott.net\/unspecified\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/11\/RIMG0029-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"Exif_JPEG_PICTURE\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-1080\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The artichokes at Zigaetana were not as perfect as those at Da Giggetto II, and overly seasoned.
