‘Yellow phantom tetra”
This is a beautiful, tiny fish that deserves more popularity than it gets. Controlled spawning was completely tetra-standard: r/o water in a 2.5 gallon tank over a spawning grid with a bit of moss, tank covered with a box tipped up to allow in a bit of morning light. The fry were also fairly easy to feed.
Later I discovered that they were spawning happily (and some fry were surviving) in a tetra community tank that also produced cardinal tetra and Hyphessobrycon vilmae fry. The tank was very densely planted.
