I’m pretty sure I got these fish from the now defunct Sachs Aquaculture. I kept a pair in a 5-gallon acrylic tank thick with Saggitaria and fed them live food, mostly baby brine shrimp.
A few fry showed up, and after I removed the adults a few more fry appeared. I never raised these in large numbers, and they’re hard to feed so a bit high-maintenance but really colorful and well-suited to a tiny tank.
