Victoria Peak

Took the tram to Victoria Peak on a very gloomy day… the tram rolled up into the cloud bank at which point the view of the city was almost entirely obscured. It still made for a nice walk, but… not quite the vista that we were after.

Dim sum at Celestial Court, Tsim Sha Tsui

inkbun

Fried squid ink buns, bamboo pith roll with abalone, chicken and mushroom, porcini mushroom and egg on rice cake, baked pork bun, , scallop rice roll.

This place has dozens of new-to-me dim sum dishes, many featuring different wild mushrooms.  In a Sheraton lobby of all places.
